Olympic Lifting Rules!!

This past weekend a group of motivated and awesome individuals got to get together at the new SicFit Austin gym for some Olympic weightlifting. Myself and Coach Big Mike put a group of 21 Crossfiters through the snatch progression and the clean and jerk. We had a great time and much needed practice was dealt out. The SicFit Austin gym offers three class times two days a week for Olympic weightlifting and strength biased training.
