Swingers!!

The ladies at 6:30PM LCRA get their swing on! They brave the cool night air three nights a week to spend some quality time with me and the trusty dumb bell and med ball. The dumb bell swing is a move that gets the whole body involved and works the core like you like it to be done. The swing is performed the same way as the kettle bell swing, so not having a kettle bell is no excuse to not performing the move.

KettleBell Cert. was a Success

In all seriousness it was a success. The Crossfit Central crew had a great time and learned much from the great Jeff Martone and his sweet wife Moe. Other than the raw hands the certification was intense, informative and challenging.
