We are what we eat!

HFCS – the poison that promotes obesity and liver damage

Two new studies have added more reason for concern that high-fructose corn syrup causes significantly more harm to the body than its mere sugar content would suggest.

GMO Corn and How A Little-Known Supreme Court Case Could Kill Our Grandchildren

GMO corn is dramatically increasing our taxes ($3,975,606,299 in 2009 alone — that’s $12.86 for every man, woman, and child in the USA), as well as destroying the lives of farmers who try to fight it. But it’s far worse than that. It’s actually killing us as well.

Dumbing Down Society Part 2: Mercury in Foods and Vaccines

Even though mercury is known to degenerate brain neurons and disrupt the central nervous system, it is still found in processed foods and mandatory vaccines. In this second part of the series examining the intentional dumbing-down of society, this article will discuss the presence of mercury in common foods and vaccines.

Wake Up To Liberty!

"Government big enough to supply everything you need is big enough to take everything you have. The course of history shows us that as a government grows, liberty decreases."
— Thomas Jefferson

"I predict future happiness for Americans, if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them."
— Thomas Jefferson

"I sincerely believe that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies, and that the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity, under the name of funding, is but swindling futurity on a large scale."
— Thomas Jefferson

"Occasionally the tree of Liberty must be watered with the blood of Patriots and Tyrants."
— Thomas Jefferson

Democracy... while it lasts is more bloody than either aristocracy or monarchy. Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There is never a democracy that did not commit suicide.
John Adams

Great is the guilt of an unnecessary war.

I hope everyone had a great Independence Day and stopped and thought about what a sacrifice our founders made in order for us to live in a great and free country. I hope you take the time to read two of my most favorite hero's quotes and watch the video of a modern day founder and listen to his words. Freedom is a precious thing and we must be informed and educated to what our elected men and women are doing with our government. Stand and be heared!

Can we eat to starve cancer?

Do you believe that food can heal you and prevent disease? I do.

William Li presents a new way to think about treating cancer and other diseases: anti-angiogenesis, preventing the growth of blood vessels that feed a tumor. The crucial first (and best) step: Eating cancer-fighting foods that cut off the supply lines and beat cancer at its own game.

Old School Crossfit

This is a video of the workout I did at my first crossfit certification in 06. The workout is called Annie Are You Ok? and if you notice at about 2:33 as the camera kinda shows out the garage the person hanging over the curb puking is yours truly. Man I've come along way. The whole month of October is going to be all .com girls and hero workout's so I hope you guys are ready. It's going to be a intro to what crossfit.com is and why we do what we do and where it came from. I'll be posting old school workouts from .com from time to time and introduce you guys to the crossfit superstars from when I got started. Hope y'all enjoy!

What I Support

I know this has nothing to do with crossfit. I also know that a lot of people don't care about my political views. But in the misted of everything that is going on right now and all the frenzy going on about the new President elect, I had to post this. This is the man I supported during the primaries and I still support him today along with his movement Campaign For Liberty. I hope you will watch this and read the quotes and listen to Ron Pauls words and consider the times we live in and what it truly means to be free. To consider the true role of our government the way our founders intended and ponder, are we truly free from government? Is it the government's role to take care of us? Just something to think about.
