Just want to remind everyone that it's hot outside. Oh.......you new that already. Well think about this, on average, you lose about one liter (about 34 ounces) of fluid per hour of exercise. Extreme heat and humidity can raise that amount to three liters in one hour. I bet some of you barley even drink that much water in a day. Also, think about this, it's the weekend and you are bbqing with the crew. How much water will you be drinking that day? Not much unless you actively think about it. Some of you will be pounding beer or another adult beverage of your choice. So....what you do on Saturday or lack there of will affect what your workout will look like on Monday. Especially if it's during the hottest part of the day and outside. Trust me, I speak from experience. So with all that said, drink plenty of water not just the day of but days before the WOD or boot camp. It will save you from cramps or possibly worse.
