Fight Gone Bad V is Here! This annual fundraiser fitness event is set up to benefit the Livestrong Foundation, The Wounded Warrior Project & The CrossFit Foundation. The workout is scaled to all levels and includes a Kid's Division. Join the community on September 25th and get in a good workout for a great cause!

This year affiliates across Austin are joining forces to put on the best Fight Gone Bad to date! Crossfit Westlake, Fit and Fearless Crossfit, Crossfit Austin, Crossfit Texas, CrossFit Leander, Crossfit Round Rock and CrossFit Central will host this year's Fight Gone Bad Event.

What is the Fight Gone Bad Workout?
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The event is in the 3 round format. The stations are:
Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
Row: calories (Calories)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
