Well there she is, the third fittest women in the world!! Carey is one the hardest working all around athletes out there and this just confirms it. It was a pleasure watching Carey duke it out against the other athletes and seeing her push it to the limits. Much love to my sister and her awesome achievement.

I was so proud of her when they announced her name. If she would have gotten jipped, I would have lost a little bit of my fire for CrossFit. It felt great to see them celebrate as friends and family in the competitors area.
Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!
