About Me

Zachary Thiel: A little over five years ago I was 15lbs over weight, and four inches wider in the waist than I was my freshman year in college. I traded my fit body in for a not so flattering one, I had no energy, and I was a shell of my former athletic self. When I was introduced to CrossFit it couldn't have come at a better time. The intensity of the training, the speed of the whole workout and the constant change were very appealing to me. Doing the Crossfit workout of the day (WOD), cleaning up my diet and using Advocare products has turned me into the machine I longed to be again. I am a CrossFit coach & personal trainer in Austin Texas who is passionate about helping people reach their goals not only physically but also mentally. I specialize in strength and conditioning, nutrition, olympic weightlifting and kettlebells.
