LCRA Wellness Programe

The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) has joined Crossfit Crentral in improving the health and wellness of it's employees. The 5:00PM M/W/Th class now enjoyes the riggers of a Crossfit Central boot camp along with building a stronger bond with one another.

New Month for Crossfit Outdoors Starting March 3rd

The new month is upon us and Crossfit outdoor programs are starting soon. 6:30pm LCRA class will fill up fast so don't get left out. Spring and summer are fast approaching and I know you want that fit body for the hike and bike trail and the pool!! New classes begin March 3rd.
